Michael J. Keogh

Having always had an interest in antiques from an early age I decided to make it my career. I was awarded a Diploma in the fine and decorative arts from The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.  I then went on to work for James Adam and Sons of St. Stephen's Green, Dublin, Ireland's leading fine art auctioneers and valuers, for seven years. Returning to Longford in 2003 I converted the cut stone buildings at the back of Freehalman  into a showrooms and thus Keogh antiques was established.

I have always had in interest in jewellery and studied antique and vintage jewellery  at The Anchor Cert Academy, Assay office, Birmingham.  I launched our jewellery section in December 2017.  We sell a wide variety of rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces inset with quality gemstones such a diamonds, sapphires, emeralds and rubies.
